There are no freezers or microwaves here. We focus on fresh local ingredients, featuring burgers that are ground daily in house with the best local beef, marinated in IPA beer.


All of our sauces are made in house, including familiar favorites like ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise, to unique and bold sauces like blueberry stout jam and fire aioli made with fresh cilantro and mint leaves.


Our cocktail menu features mixes and syrups made in house. Try our margarita to taste the difference fresh ingredients makes in the flavor and taste of cocktails.

We take our food, drinks, and guest's experiences very seriously, while not taking ourselves too serious. We are committed to quality food and drink in a laidback environment with some of the best people in the restaurant industry to take care of you.

We have indoor seating and outdoor seating available, with a new 4,000 sqft Beer hall attached, featuring lounge seating with couches and recliners as well as a 150inch projector tv, perfect for game days. If you would like to take the joy of Brewer's Kitchen home with you, we have carryout and curbside pickup available with our full food menu and 6-packs of beer and individual hand crafted cocktails available to take home with you.

I'm sure you're used to hearing fancy catch phrases from restaurants; "Hand pattied" "100% beef" "fresh ingredients" but what does that actually mean? 

First of all, shouldn't it always be 100% beef? What are you bragging about? Thanks for not adding wood pulp I guess!?


Hand pattied by who? An overworked warehouse worker in an unknown state or country, then frozen and shipped to you?


And is it really "fresh ingredients" when the only thing fresh on the burger is the lettuce and tomato? 


At Brewer's Kitchen we buy whole slab local beef from Kansas and Missouri farms, and sometimes our neighboring states like Nebraska, Iowa and Oklahoma. This week's beef comes from Arkansas City, Kansas. We buy whole slab beef so that we know what's actually going into our food. Our beef comes fresh never frozen and when it arrives at our restaurant there are no freezers so we keep it fresh and refrigerated. We marinate the beef in beer then grind all the beef in house in our walk-in cooler (trust us it's a cold job but the end result is worth it). We then spend our mornings pattying all of the burgers for the day.

  • What are the Business Hours?

    Thursday: 5:00-10:00pm (Kitchen closes at 8:30pm)

    Friday: 12:00-10:00pm (Kitchen closes at 8:30pm)

    Saturday: 12:00-10:00pm (Kitchen closes at 8:30pm)

  • Do you have any vegetarian / vegan options?

    Everything at Brewer's Kitchen can be made into a vegitarian meal by substituting meat for our marinated monster portobello mushroom. 





    As for vegans, the options are fewer, but our buns are vegan if you inform your server you are vegan so that the kitchen does't toast your bun in butter. Otherwise tell the staff your vegan and we'll work with you to find the perfect meal! 

  • Do you have any Gluten Free Options?

    Our focus is to take local brewer's passion for their products and infuse them into our menu. Almost everything is cooked with beer, so the options for Gluten Free dining are extremely limited. Discuss with your server about your gluten lifestyle and we will do our best to find you something you can enjoy. If you are cielac or have strong reactions to gluten we think Brewer's Kitchen might not be the best place for you to dine at. 

  • Do you take Reservations?

    We do not accept resercations. Seating is first come first served making reservations not necessary. 



    For large party reservations / groups of 20+ please email us to enquire about renting the space or ensuring we have seating for a group of that size.

All of our burger meat comes from local and Midwest farms, sourced by Mies Family Foods locally owned and operated in North Kansas City since 1968. It is fresh and never frozen. We marinate our burgers in IPA beer and grind and patty it all in house. We commit to this to give our burgers great flavor that we know you'll love making for the juiciest burger in KC.

All of the beer served at our restaurant is from the state of Missouri or Kansas while brews from our newly added Beer hall expand into regional and national craft beer brands. Featuring local brands like Cinder Block, Boulevard, Torn Label, Casual Animal, Broadway Brewing, Logboat, 4 Hands and 2nd Shift just to name a few. 

Local from the Farm Produce

Our produce is sourced by C&C Produce, locally owned and started in North Kansas City since 1992 suppling us with fresh produce & more including fresh potatoes for our hand cut french fries that pair perfectly with our burgers

Local Cocktails & Spirits

Local only wine and spirits from brands like J. Rieger, Union Horse, Mean Mule, Restless Spirts, Amigoni Wine and more, helping local distillers and entrepreneurs. As well as new nonlocal sprit options at the newly added beer hall.
